Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but as communicated to you on several occasions, we as host do not have the capability of creating or changing your pick up and drop off time. That is something you do. I believe the translation issues led to communication problems of you not understanding how Turo works. We as host, are only responsible for providing vehicles. We have no control of Turo‘s platform.
