The vehicle I originally rented from host was no longer available I was notified 2 day prior to my trip this was the mini van replacement I was offered it was clearly very used with well well over 120000 miles, on day 2 of my trip the check engine light came on as a mom traveling alone with my kids who are all under the age of 5 this was not what I expected and a giant inconvenience I reached out to the host immediately but did not hear back I waited 30 min. even though it was read immediately. I then reached out to Turo support because my priority is my children’s safety and this vehicle did not provide me with that comfort. The vehicle had to be towed back to the host.
No smoking allowed
