Rented a Sentra, got a Optima. Optima had a transmission issue, lights would turn off while I drove. Returned it and got a Dodge Caravan. Horrible vehicle. All the vehicles are junk. Never would rent from them again.

This guy has a taste for luxury cars with champagne$$$. However, he’s not very reliable when it comes to driving. His first vehicle burst a brand-new tire and complained about it as if it were our fault. The second and third vehicles are still out renting, and with NO complaints about them at all. I gave him five stars because he assured us that everything was fine. Unfortunately, the feelings are mutual regarding renting to him again.
