Communication was great, value was unbeatable and ease of pick up with hands-down, the easiest thing I’ve ever done lol
The one area I would ask would be communication from the owner to the client, especially if it’s the middle of the night and a rear tire blows out a sidewall.

While my vehicle was in your possession you claim someone stole it. @11pm After we found the vehicle you claimed the individual that stole it still had the keys. We had the vehicle towed back to our location @1am then, miraculously you found the keys and took the vehicle again @ 3am. We had to track the vehicle down again & the only way we found it is because you hit something blew out a tire and messed the front end of the van up. Definitely would not have you back as a renter.

Great vehicle!! We were super grateful for being able to add a couple days for a medical appointment after a vacation. It runs smooth, great experience. It was clean and ready on pickup. Excellent experience highly recommend ❤️❤️ 5 stars. It went to Daytona Beach FL, all around NASCAR weekend, and returned to Lakeland to then take an urgent trip to Shands in Gainesville. Great vehicle.
