Horrible service car was completely filthy in hidden compartment and the guy at was very nasty on the phone never booking with you guys again. Would never refer you guys to anyone.

We respectfully disagree with this review. We document every vehicle with over 50 photos before each trip, which clearly show the vehicle was clean and in good condition at check-in. When the guest had concerns, he chose to call my wife rather than message through the Turo app, and unfortunately the conversation was not respectful. We always strive to treat every guest professionally and expect the same courtesy in return. We wish him the best.
