Loved the car! Was perfect for us as we flew into Chicago for Electric Forest. The car was very clean, a smooth drive and we were able to fit all of our camping gear with ease. Communication with them was smooth and efficient. We had some drop off re-routes and they worked with us wonderfully to accommodate requests in a timely and respectful manner. Will definitely reach out again for future Forests!!

We had a couple issues that made this less than five stars. The car was in the long term lot, which required a shuttle. That wasn’t made clear in MDW delivery details. The owner did not respond for over 5 minutes while we waited for him to unlock the car. We even provided a heads up while in route via the shuttle. It was raining, so that wasn’t great. The car had a maintenance required alarm, which he said was automated. But based on the service sticker, the car is due for maintenance. Also, trash was left in the car at pick up. And there was no toll pass and no instructions left. Car was fine overall, but with paying 500$ for three days, I would expect better service. Won’t rent with them again, will choose a different option.
First of all sorry about your experience, we will work on improving it in future trips ., For MDW, we always park at economy parking garage on overnight to avoid delays/traffic during pickup & to avoid huge parking fee if we park at main garage
,Car maintenance was always up to date, since the van was in back to back trips, we scheduled oil change based on car availability in upcoming week, you can see everything is 5 stars trip except this one , car was clean except we forgot to pick soda can
