Marvel was incredibly communicative and had no issues with the pickup. Car was mechanically sound, but was definitely dirtier than expected on the interior. Apart from that no issues and would rent again.

Van was fine for what I needed it for but was dirty inside; needs a good cleaning and also had trash in the van. For only 50k miles on the van, it just felt in rough shape with missing trim pieces. Had an annoying beep that would come on randomly and alarmingly. Would not rent again.
