If you need a car for a long trip, don’t book with this one. An hour into our 6 hour drive with our two small children, we realized the AC was not working. We contacted the host, and asked them what we could do. We offered to let them find a mechanic of their preference. The only option we had was to drive all the way back and return the vehicle, or deal with it and receive a partial refund. This also made us late for check in at our condo. 5 hours later, and renting with Enterprise instead, we are finally on the road. Only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they did agree to a full refund after we dropped it off. They are not very flexible or considerate. I would avoid.
Hey so sorry for the inconvenience. Seems like the ac condenser had a leak. We have since took care of it and ac blows ice cold. Again sorry for the inconvenience and we provided you with a full refund
