No huge issues here, just feels like I paid a lot for a rental that reeked of cigarets and was generally a bit unclean at pickup. Also a few communication delays, but none were detrimental to the trip.

Great van, no major issues. Ran well and exactly what my family needed for our trip. However, the key fob was not present in the box on pickup like it was supposed to be as the previous renter didn't put it back. It also wasn't quite as clean (not terrible, but like an 8/10) as we would have liked--both of these things seem to indicate it perhaps wasn't inspected / cleaned after the previous rental.
That said, the owner was very quick to respond and bring another fob over so we could start the rental.
