Love this van so much we are repeat customers!!

Great van, no major issues. Ran well and exactly what my family needed for our trip. However, the key fob was not present in the box on pickup like it was supposed to be as the previous renter didn't put it back. It also wasn't quite as clean (not terrible, but like an 8/10) as we would have liked--both of these things seem to indicate it perhaps wasn't inspected / cleaned after the previous rental.
That said, the owner was very quick to respond and bring another fob over so we could start the rental.

The car was perfect for our family of 7 and loved the little details of a phone holder and dvds to chose from. Host was great at communicating and accommodating to our extended time.
