I booked a 2023 Honda Odyssey expecting a comfortable and newer vehicle for my trip. However, on the day of pickup, I was informed that the car was no longer available and was offered a 2020 Odyssey with over 126k miles instead.
I was given two options: either cancel the booking or accept the older vehicle. When I asked if the price could be adjusted since this was clearly not the same category of car, I was told that if I canceled, I would likely end up paying more elsewhere. This felt more like pressure than customer service.
Given the last-minute situation, I had no real choice but to proceed with the replacement vehicle. Unfortunately, the car’s condition did not meet expectations—it was not clean and felt significantly worn, which further added to the disappointment.
Overall, I paid for a newer, premium experience but received an older, high-mileage vehicle with poor cleanliness. The way this situation was handled—especially the lack of accountability and flexibility—was frustrating.
I would recommend confirming vehicle availability in advance or considering other hosts to avoid similar issues.
Vehicle was impounded by previous guest. We gave you the option to cancel but miraculously that van just became available. Very ungrateful. Probably shouldve just cancelled

Great experience overall. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and well explained, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Would definitely book again!
