The car is not in great shape. It was fine overall, but the windshield has a major chips/crack in front of the driver. Host doesn’t plan to replace. There is a major rattle at highway speeds, I suspect it was in an accident previously. There are a number of cosmetic issues (dents, bumper with paint coming off etc). Host were pretty hands off about communication. I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Guest was very visibly upset because they went over 1000 miles from their mile allowance and was invoiced approximately. Drove to California and back. Out of nowhere posting these fabricated issues.
Easy pickup instructions, great communication, vehicle was in great condition. Will definitely plan to come back to them my next trip!

Convenient and very communicative. Exterior wasn't bad even though they couldn't clean it because of the freezing weather but the interior was clean. I would recommend.
