The car ran great but just a couple things. The key fob was so worn down that we couldn't make out any of the symbols and had to Google an image of it. Second the sliding doors didn't work with the remote which was a minor issue but inconvenient. Lastly the air fresheners were sooo strong! We had to put them in a zip lock to reduce the smell.
That being said it was still a great vehicle and handled the smoky mountains well in Gatlinburg.

Van was clean and ran great. Host made pick up and drop off super simple. They were also easy to communicate with!

First time renting using Turo. I’d say my experience with the car and host was wonderful! Van drove great!

The car was a little confusing to figure out without a car manual but we were able to find one online and download a pdf for it. Be sure to turn the car on for a bit if you plan on not driving for a few days. The car will die if you dont turn it on or let it run after three days and you will need a jump
