Fernando was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We were left stranded at the airport by the rental car company we had originally booked with because our flight was delayed and we arrived after hours. Fernando even offered to deliver the vehicle to us for an additional nominal fee! The vehicle is very clean for a 2014 and carried 7 passengers and our luggage with ease. Thank you for a smooth transaction. I would rent from Fernando again when I return to the area.
