Terrible rental experience. The van smelled strongly like dog, had dog hair throughout, and the odor got even worse when the A/C was turned on. Mechanically, the vehicle felt unsafe—the suspension/shocks were extremely rough and noisy, and the steering wheel and tires shook badly at highway speeds. To top it off, the check engine light came on the second day. This vehicle should NOT have been rented out in this condition. Very disappointing experience.
