Pros: Shuttle to pick up car was easy. Got us to and from places. Very clean on inside. Lots of space and Air-conditioning was great!
Cons: it's definitely an older car with wear and tear. It sounded like it was on its last leg. Oil change sticker was way over due. Transmission shudders. Seats torn. Washer fluid hose is disconnected. When we picked it up there was poop next to the front door. Like human poop... Prob just a Florida airport thing though ...
As a first time turo user I probably won't do it again or at least pick a new car.

This van is a great value! It was spotlessly clean. A/C works great, gas mileage better than expected, very comfortable for my whole family. It IS a ten year old vehicle, and the engine is showing it's age, but again, I got it for the value, not for racing, and it was perfect. The host was responsive to all questions. The pickup was slightly confusing, but that's because of the airport, not the host. Would definitely rent again!
