Exelence service, first van was giving issue and they give me another one so quick!!! Im very thankful with them!

Unfortunately, this was a replacement vehicle for my first vehicle rented through this Host. This vehicle developed a serious engine problem within about an hour of driving. While traveling on the highway, during heavy rain and traffic, it began shaking severely, lost power, and the check engine light started flashing. I safely exited the highway and waited for roadside assistance. The mechanic’s diagnostic scan confirmed an active P0306 (Cylinder 6 Misfire), and the vehicle had to be replaced (again…three different vehicles in a 24hr period to maintain my trip through this host). My family of seven was stranded for approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes, causing us to miss a planned vacation activity and time I could not get back. This vehicle should not have been in service.
