The car quality was great but the pick up communication was horrible. The host had someone who has never EVEN been to the airport before trying to drop the car off to me who also has never been to that airport. The guy stated that he usually worked the phones and had never been in the field so my family of 7 was dragging around 💼 for 30 minutes in the heat trying to find a location that the driver could also find. A terrible way to start the trip. A decent business would have offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience but it was just business as usually so until they figure out the customer service part of the company, I would stay away from them. Nice van but poor leadership behind it. When you inconvenience people, you make up for it, that's simple business 101 and they failed miserably
