The AC was blowing hot air. The host refused to acknowledge the issue and had me cancel on my end instead. The host admitted that the AC was serviced last week, indicating that there was already an issue with it. This host is dishonest and not worth your business. Do not book with them
This guest has nothing but bad reviews on TURO. He returned my vehicle the same day and asked me to cancel the rental saying the AC didn’t work. After I checked the vehicle, I saw he’d pushed the AC button OFF so that the AC would blow hot. I explained to him that the AC button was off and the AC was working and blowing cold, I explained to Turo that the AC worked fine and TURO charged him a one day rental for falsely claiming the AC didn’t work.He immediately gave me this false negative review.
