Car had issues when going downhill

Thank you for your feedback. We apologies that the brakes were having trouble during your decent from Haleakala. We appreciate you letting us know, the brakes have been replaced.
Car was in good shape given age of vehicle. Hosts were easy to work with and had great communication.

The van ran great and was great for the family. The pickup and drop off went smoothly at the airport and communication with the owners was timely. I would definitely rent from Desire’e again!

This was a great car! We had it for over three weeks, and it really served its purpose. Also, Desiree had some nice additional items that I could rent which came in super useful. This host was very communicative and we very much enjoyed the opportunity to rent this car. I'm always amazed! One can count on a Toyota. This Toyota, sienna, although 15 years old, performed like a champ! I highly recommend this post and vehicle to anyone looking for a versatile vehicle on this beautiful island of Maui. Thank you! :)
