The pick up location is near the airport with detailed instructions. The van itself is very dirty, infested with roaches and with bad smell.

Pickup and drop off was easy and Dayna checked in to make sure everything was going well with our rental. He gave us a heads up that there was some unexpected cosmetic damage to the side after their last pickup but the van had no issues otherwise.
