The van was clean and worked perfectly throughout the trip. Easy to locate and pick up in the Seattle airport, without the hassle of getting on a shuttle to get to a rental and waiting around with was a huge help because our kids were all exhausted. Diep was responsive and helpful. Walked me through the process as this was my first time using this app. And the provided car seats and boosters were clean and age appropriate for our 1,3, and 5 year old. Definitely recommend and will use again next time we’re in Seattle.

The tires were well rotted and one blew up n the freeway. Had to call 911 and pay for roadside assistance just to find out the car had no spare.
The review contains misleading statements about the vehicle’s condition. The vehicle was inspected before check-in, and the tires were in good condition with no safety concerns at the start of the trip. Even though this situation occurred during the reservation, I still tried my best to accommodate the guest by offering assistance and helping cover the tire cost to make the situation easier for them, but the guest was angry because of roadside assistance fees and he left us a review like this.
