Great location to pick up

Quality was POOR, no seat belts on 3rd row, van vibrated over 70mph, vehicle over heated leaving us strainded on the side of the freeway for over 2 hours. Pickup location was scketchy on a jammed pack parking area in the back of a gas station. Owner is trying to report damages after his crappy van left us strained and not reimburse us for a new rental to get us home! Do NOT rent from this person!!!

Very easy check-in and check-out process. Great location and super convenient having a gas station right there nearby. Communication with the company was smooth and responsive, and I really appreciated the unlimited miles option. Overall a great experience — would definitely do business again!
