The doors are not reliable, no Bluetooth or way
To play music. Pick up and drop off were so inconvenient, and there were extra charges. I’ve used Turo often and won’t ever use this host again. Be careful….

As you can see from ALL our previous guests, this vehicle is in excellent running condition with no issues!This guest is only retaliating against us for lack of understanding how to connect her own Bluetooth devices with a 2019 vehicle. Also could not comprehend our instructions for picking up or returning the vehicle and having to pay for fuel in the end when she didn’t return on full tank. She even extended her trip an extra 2 days so the vehicle was working perfectly fine during this trip.
This van was AMAZING for my family trip to Hawaii! It was SO spacious and was amazing at loading everything we needed to make our trip run seamlessly. It was incredibly clean when e arrived and came with the option to include a car seat which was amazing! 10/10 recommend selecting this for your rental.

Bring a car charger adapter bc there are no USB or C ports and only 1 plug behind the middle seat behind the driver. The gas mileage wasn't very good. The trunk fit 1 large suitcase, 5 carryon and 5 backpacks. The blue color made it easy to spot. Parking in international parking was quite the hike to get to the right ticketing area.

This is a 2019 caravan, not sure what you expected? Everything is in good running condition. As far as parking, this is the required designated parking from Turo and has nothing to do with the host.
Loved the communication between myself and the host. Smooth pick up and drop off. Would use again
