The car was clean and very easy to drive. The pickup location was the Turo parking lot, and we used the shuttle bus for both pickup and drop-off, which was very convenient. We didn’t need to use Uber at all, which helped us save money.
The car was easy to find in the parking lot, and the drop-off process was just as smooth.
A quick tip for future drivers: make sure all the lights are turned off when you lock the car, and be sure to leave the lockbox (with the key inside) hanging outside the window—not inside.
If we have the chance to visit Kauai again, we would definitely love to rent from David. Thanks again!
