The car did the job but it was a bit unsteady at 75mph. The engine sounded sketchy and overall a bit ran down. It needs to retire now

The first van we received had a seatbelt not working, and they switched us over to another with no problem. (It did take much longer than anticipated. We were told to let them know when we were 10 minutes away, and then it took around 1.5 hours for the switch to actually go through so we could load into the new vehicle)
The second van we received ran well, and all seatbelts worked. One of the overhead compartments fell out as soon as someone got into the back part of the vehicle, and the check engine light came on during our rental.
Only other issue I take here is that the parking lot is miserable. Otherwise, the car ran well and the hosts were pleasant and easy to work with
