Everything went well except that with their permission I filled up the car after I had dropped it off. They had record of this and I provided my gas receipt but they still tried to charge me for the gas and filling the car. Everything was done by someone not on site, so that may have been the confusion.

The confusion occurred because a dashboard photo showing the updated fuel level after refueling was not submitted, which is needed to verify the fuel level. You are still welcome to communicate with us should you have the photo of the dashboard after refueling the vehicle.
