There was an issue with the parking ticket having been lost at time of pick up, therefore we were delayed and getting our vehicle. Also, the van had outside damage from striking a deer that we were not aware of prior to pick up.

Van offered plenty of space for our trip, for a family of 5, and was very comfortable. We had a car seat, 4 bags of luggage, and a cooler and plenty of space!! We had some very warm days and the AC struggled a bit to keep up. Wasn’t expecting it to be $30 to pickup from the overflow lot, so just be aware (no biggie though, I get it). Kevin was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend for sure! Thanks again.
