Van worked perfectly for what we needed. It was a great for our road trip In Montana!

The car was great but does not have Bluetooth. Pickup was a little confusing as we did not know someone would be meeting us to hand off the keys. Otherwise everything was smooth with this rental!

There was no battery for the key fob, we locked ourselves out second night, all the fob needed was a battery. The rear driver side seat would not stay in an upright position. The negative battery cable was loose and causing it the van to not start properly. We fixed it after we found the issue. And on the last night the front passenger tire started leaking overnight. We had to call Allstate roadside assistance twice on the trip! Not ideal!

This van is old and not in that good of condition. The hood is hail damaged and dented. The windows on the sliding doors don't roll down. A seat is missing a side cover, so you see all the steel and inner workings. The lift gate has a mind of its own and randomly opened and closed, I think the key fob had issues. The engine is a little slow to respond and feels sluggish, the breaks a worn and not as responsive as they should be. Sure it's cheap, but you for sure get what you pay for. I would pass on this vehicle.
