Minivan was amazing until the mechanical issue happened, but that wasn’t the host fault.
I wish on the Turo side the company would have called me back like multiple customer reps promised they would but never did. One of them said they would call me back after 30-40 mins. This would give the host time to reply but I assume host never did and customer service never called me back. Spoke with multiple reps, all were nice but there was nothing they could do until the host canceled/ended the reservation on his end. I gave up trying to get a replacement vehicle since it was already late into the day.
On the host side, he was nice, but I wish he would have responded faster to the company and me which would have helped me get a replacement vehicle faster.
I ended up having to take a ride share the next day to the airport, but if I had a replacement vehicle this wouldn’t have happened.

Great Van, tons of space, great mileage and easy pick up and return.

The van was perfect for our 5 person family. Very spacious very clean. Got great gas mileage as well and was able to visit many places. Thanks Jeffrey for the killer van for a fun week.
