It was my first time using Turo and had a great experience using the car for our family of 8 to explore the island. Car was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space! Shantel was great at communication and responded within minutes. I would definitely rent this minivan again when I come back for future trips!

ROACHES!!!! Van looked new, it looked clean. But when unloading our luggage from van we found roaches everywhere. Contacted host by TURO text messaging, and they seemed concerned. Until they started to blame me and my family for the roaches. I am NO liar. I contacted host immediately and returned van asap. I choose to pay more money and rent from Hertz without the roaches . Still waiting on my full refund.

Please refer to all other reviews on this vehicle stating the cleanliness of the vehicle, including the trip ending less than 24hrs prior to this trip! Hard to believe a cockroach infestation occurred overnight. When this guest returned the vehicle it was full of food crumbs in the back seat which in Hawaii will draw cockroaches quickly. I did apologize but also can’t be held accountable for bugs drawn in after pick up. Had a trip immediately after and NO complaints of roaches.
