Sienna is 'Low car height" please be careful not to rub the bottom of the car. No eating No smoking No Pet Evidence of either may subject you to a $100 cleaning surcharge or require you to replace any damaged items in the vehicle. No off roading in the vehicle. There are a few places that is restricted.Green Sands Beach, Waipio Valley, Makalawena Road. Please follow Turo’s no off road guidelines. We do have GPS installed. Any evidence of off roading may result in an immediate cancellation (with no refund) of the booking and a $500 surcharge. By booking this vehicle you agree to follow the rules of the vehicle and agree to any stated penalties.Please return my car in the same condition you have received it. Aloha

Kenji was very informative and made our experience convenient and hassle-free. He left us detailed instructions. The car was easy to find and very convenient as we had our 18 month old grandson with us. The minivan was very clean and spacious enough for my family. It made our stay on the Big Island a very happy and memorable experience! I would book thru Turo and Kenji again!
