John is great, prompt an punctual
My other rental didn’t work out so I was stuck at the airport. I rented his vehicle an in less then an hour he had it delivered (life saver) it ran great an fit our family if 8 comfortably. He definitely saved our day since I was driving all the way to Hilo.
The only thing is I didn’t realize that unless the Turo host specifically say you can go on a dirt road it against turo’s policy. So make sure you ask your host ahead of time if that is ok with their rental. Especially if you planing on visiting friends or family many people live on unpaved roads an driveways in big island. Besides that it was great

In despite of the change in the weather John was extremely accommodating. I will rent again from him.
