Host tried to scam us into paying damages for extremely minor paint chips that were most likely pre-existing, would highly discouraged you from choosing this guy.
I asked a question about damage that happened on their trip and for the guest to look at the photos, I did not even send an invoice for damage or request money.

Really nice van with lots of amenities. Convenient pickup near cruise port as an option. Only issue was returning it as the parking lot was full & we needed to get back to the ship so didn't have endless time to circle the lot. But that only applies if you're cruising, & we solved the issue by paying for parking ourselves in a nearby lot.

Mahalo plenty! The vehicle was great. It wasn’t originally planned to be at the Kona Airport upon our arrival, but as a courtesy, the host made sure it was there for our very late arrival, which we truly appreciated.
The vehicle comfortably accommodated all 7 of us and still had plenty of room for our belongings.
We had a great experience and will definitely be reaching out to John again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
