Van was clean and on time. Slight hiccup in the beginning but host was quick to help and fix the problem

Car was great. Host were responsive however unfortunate we were not able to adjust our reservation time. Really hope Turo changes this policy.
Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging that the vehicle and our responsiveness met expectations. We understand the frustration regarding reservation time adjustments. Unfortunately, trip modification pricing and extension policies are set and processed directly by Turo’s platform, and hosts do not have the ability to manually override or adjust those charges on our end.
We always try our best to accommodate guests whenever possible. Sometimes. we have bookings back to back.

The van is nice, comfortable, in good condition. We had 6 people in it comfortably with luggage/bags. Communication was easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
