Ok , so where do my family and i begin , it started great until it wasn't the honda van 2024 oddessey..seemed like a nice car to enjoy our 7 day stay in Hawaii, day 1 noticed a roach or 2 , to me no big deal, but as we entered the van every time more kept coming. Day 2 day 3 got worse , low and behold I opened where the spare tire goes and boom thats where the roach infestation was also spider webs where there as well . It was the most disgusting experience my family and I have ever encountered. RYAN tried to stick us in a small 7 seater that would not fit comfortably, that was his excuse to make things right..I kindly ask him to give me a full refund, he then came back and said I can give you a partial refund only after him saying he would give a full refund, don't me to drag this out but this guy should not be renting cars on turo , go somewhere else with a better more honest host that will treat you with better customer service.. if I could rate this host it would be a negative-10 .

Car was what I expected. Seats are not without stains and has the ocean/beach van scent that got better over the week. Got us to everywhere we needed safely.
Pick up and communication was great.
