Renting this van from Shantel was amazing. First of all, she was very responsive and that’s tells me a lot about somebody renting their car out. Never had to wait long for a response even when I had questions.
Van- Was clean. I love that it had all weather floor mats. AC worked great. Seats eight comfortably with good storage in the back. I also appreciated the little things like newer windshield wipers that worked well. Was the top of the line van, which was nice where I could remote start to get the AC going or even open the windows from the remote.
Pick up/drop off- instructions were super clear and getting the key was super easy. One of the most easy pick up and drop offs that I’ve done. Even getting out of the parking lot was super easy.
Would def rent again and recommend. Mahalo Shantel 🤙🏽
