Everything was great!

This was a truly great Car Rental experience. Danny was very attentive quick to respond to all of our questions. The car was in excellent condition very comfortable for a party of six. Getting and returning the car was a breeze. Much easier than using a rental company. We would definitely recommend using Danny.

Serious cockroach infestation. When we were cleaning the vehicle the night before we were supposed to return it, we saw cockroaches crawling around. I called the attention of the provider but he insisted that he cleans the vehicle regularly. He blames me for not calling his attention when we started using the car. Who cleans rental cars the first day or two after renting it? He’s not even aware that cockroaches are nucturnal (hunting for food and water at night) so he won’t find them during daylight. We have 3 toddlers, 1 with allergies, so we can’t proceed with the cleaning and replacing the gasoline we consumed. Now the provider is blaming us for the dirty condition. To make matters worse, we were on our own and had to take a Lyft to the airport. Last but not least, we worry that cockroaches could be hiding in car seats and luggage and bring them back to the mainland.
