The van was so clean and pickup was super easy. Despite me not checking my Turo messages regularly, Cherish was so patient and understanding and her communication was excellent. Excellent host and a fantastic car for families! The pickup and return were seamless. The vehicle was in great condition and surprisingly spacious—it fit our entire family with all three rows up, plus 3 large and 3 small pieces of luggage in the trunk.
