This was my first time renting a car with Turo and it couldn’t have been any better! Danny was incredibly kind, so helpful & answered all my questions promptly. When we arrived at the Maui airport there was a very long line outside for a shuttle that takes you to all the different rental car counters - we were SO grateful that we didn’t have to get in that line & were able to walk straight into airport parking & our rental van was parked exactly where Danny told us it would be. He tried to make sure that the van was parked as close as possible to our airport exit, which was considerate of him. He even helped my family unload all their bags when the van was returned to him - Danny was absolutely wonderful.
The van looks just like the photos. It was clean, everything worked great, drove nicely, fuel efficient and had plenty of room for our 4 adults, 2 children, a double stroller & all of our suitcases. We also rented two car seats with Danny & it was totally worth it!
It was SO nice not having to drag 2 car seats through the airports (iykyk) & just have them ready to go upon arrival.
Whenever we can get back to beautiful Maui we will definitely be renting with Danny again :).
