Great host and easy pick up

Great pick-up and drop off. Responsive to any questions.

The host provided great communication. Made it easy to locate the car. It was very close to baggage claim. I really loved how they installed the child rear facing car seat for us which was of great help and they did a great job! Unlike others we’ve rented in the past was of good quality too, they use Graco. The car ran great, great mileage if you’re driving a lot which we did not for a couple reasons. Though the car is a 2022 it did feel older because the seats were cloth and they did look dirty. My family also felt uncomfortable during the trip whenever we got into the minivan because we found roaches alive and dead. One crawling on the passenger seat right by my baby. The host wanted us to take photos but they move fast. I was able to take a couple. We make 2 trips to Maui every year for the past 10 years and this is the first time we’ve encountered this. At end the trip, the host messaged multiple times almost every day for us to leave a review which I did not want to because we wouldn’t rent the vehicle again, but by the messages it seemed like he needed a review, “To perfom my business I need from you to rate the trip please Thanks”. I wasn’t sure if the lack of review or delay does not let hosts process the rental. I had read that reviews are not required, but to avoid any delays for the host I am writing this review.

Great service

Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Pick up was easy and efficient. Besides the stains on the back chairs, you can still tell the van is cleaned and sanitized after each guest. No engine lights were on, vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed renting from Esteban and we’re thankful for such a clean and safe ride to transport my family around in.
