Pick up instructions were clear and car was ready on time. Great car if you are traveling with a bigger party or have a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The car was a little beat up. It needed new tires, new brakes, and there were many mini scratches and dings. When we got a flat tire, the hose was unresponsive. But we figured it out on our own.
Would not rent this van again.
On the bright side, the pick up and drop off was very easy and there were no negative interactions with the host.
