Disappointing experience with an unmaintained vehicle and unfair rules.
I had a stressful experience renting this car due to multiple maintenance issues. The engine had a wobble sound, wipers were worn, a seat was stuck, and the touchscreen malfunctioned. These issues made me feel unsafe, especially driving in Hawaii's rain.
The host imposed unfair rules, parking the car at the airport 12 hours early for their convenience and charging me for 24-hour parking. I cleaned the car thoroughly after a stormy trip, but the host complained about its condition.
If you want a peaceful and safe trip in Hawaii, avoid this host. Their lack of maintenance and unreasonable rules made my experience unpleasant.
You’re a liar ! Next time you should read all the instructions before complaining about parking Fee , all this is because I didn’t allow you to return the car the day after you picked up! So you have to make things up. My cars are well maintained and we make sure everything is safe for the guests! You are the only one complaining
