While the hosts were communicative and quick to answer questions, the quality of the vehicle was rough. For a 2019 with such few miles the vehicle looked like it had been in an accident and several aspects of the interior were worn. The front seatbelts were loose, the passenger window didn’t work, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The vehicle did the job, but for the money we paid, the quality of vehicle was disappointing.

Not the most pristine minivan but got us from point A to point B and was a lot cheaper priced than many of the other minivans on turo. Mahalo.

The car was great and Rudy is an excellent communicator. Immediate responses and clear, detailed info. Rudy even found a car seat for us that was perfect.

Power window control on passenger side did not work. Passenger sliding door chain is noisy and sometimes door does not open or close all the way. Worst part was the putrid smell, fish and sour milk. Sprayed freshener and drove with windows down for 5 or the 7 days before it dissipated.
