Excellent communication from booking to car pickup. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. We appreciated the extra touches like a personal things to do guide, binoculars, and rain gear. Highly recommend!

Wendy was an excellent host. Met us right at the parking structure across from the cruise ship terminal. Friendly and knowledgeable, provided a list of local spots to see and places to eat. The van was clean, comfortable and easy to drive. Perfect for our party of 7 and she even had umbrellas in the back since it was a rainy day. Wendy's communication was always clear and quick. This was a super easy way to tour around Juneau. We would recommend Wendy and her van to anyone that wants to see more than just the few blocks around the cruise ship terminal. We had an amazing day. Thank you Wendy!

Could not be more pleased with my experience with Wendy. She answered all questions in record time and made the process so easy and seamless. The van was spotless and far exceeded my expectations. Wendy met us at a very convenient spot right across from the cruise port and provided umbrellas and information about several points of interest complete with addresses. I’m planning to return next fall and I will definitely reserve with her again.
