The host communicates and sets expectations better than any host I have encountered. While the car is older, this was adequately described. However, to earn a five-star rating, the car should be cleaned, vacuumed, and have its surfaces wiped down—it was not. For a rental costing over $100 per day, I expect it to be clean, even if it isn't new.
