Older min van but was clean and it ran fine. It did have some very noticeable cracks in the windshield, but the owner was upfront about that and said it would be taken care of but not by the time we rented it. He left it in a very easy to find spot at the airport, but he also does charge a $35 drop off fee.

Zach was great to work with! He communicated frequently and instructions were easy to follow! The car was clean and ready to go when we got it.
As someone from Juneau I know how hard it is to get parts in such a windshield. He communicated any issues/delays and it did not impact our trip. Thank you again! I’m sure you will be hearing from us again in the future!

Vehicle was dropped off at short term parking 10 hours prior to my pick up. I was not told I would be charged $21.00 upon exiting. They charge by the hour.
I reserved this vehicle over a month before pick up and was told moments before my flight to Juneau that there was a minor crack in the windshield which was not minor. The back up camera worked off and on. The vehicle made a noise while driving.
I tried to see if there were other cars available but due to Celebration all vehicles were rented.
The host should have informed me of the crack prior as they stated it was there from previous trip and that the windshield was on back order for awhile.
