Description of the rental states the car is available to be picked up at the airport. After waiting over an hour for instructions to pick the car up, real story is the car is located at a hotel a couple miles away and you have to walk the whole airport to get a shuttle to take u to that hotel. When you pick the car up, they don’t tell you but you have to pay to leave the parking lot, that’s 25$ for parking they didn’t specify. I had to go to that same hotel to drop it off before my flight. Just a lot of inconveniences that weren’t specified. On top of that, Car smelled like marijuana from previous use. If I had known I’d have to do All of that and agreed to it, ok I chose all that. But the description didn’t match what was stated to entice you into renting the car. I wouldn’t rent this again if I came to NJ. I guess that overall it was an ok experience but I wouldn’t do it again.

Booked the car to move my clothes to my new apartment. It was super easy to locate, an easy check in/out process. There were other people picking up their Turos at the same time and they had positive feedback as well. I’d book with them again!

The car was in excellent condition and comfortable, and the pickup and dropoff at the parking garage was straightforward. Marvin and Christian gave detailed instructions and responded to messages very quickly. Highly recommend this team!
