Directions to the pickup point were unclear, but other than that, a good experience!

We have changed the pickup instructions so it is easier locating the vehicle going forward.
Rented a car to move furniture. Car had a flat when we picked up. We noticed in the tunnel into Manhattan then pulled over.
Spent 3 hours trying for communication / solution from the host. Eventually we called roadside assistance. Host immediately called us (lol), was rude about us calling roadside despite them not answering for 1 hour and asked us to cancel so he could pick it up himself
Wasted 4 total hours PLUS they charged us $25 in incidentals. Crazy

Unfortunately guests like you exist. You caught a nail, refused to pump the tire up and drive the car to the designated dropoff location and dispatched roadside. When you were 100% at fault.
Car was clean. Pick up was simple. And overall pretty good experience
