check engine light kept coming on, tire pressure light too
van would do a kick back type of jerk driving on highway
keyfob didnt work,had to deal with alarm everytime i entered the car
aside from that communication and support was 200%

The quality of the vehicle was TERRIBLE. It also had a bad smell. It definitely did not seem clean at all. The key wouldn’t open the car, I had to open it manually. The volume button did not work. It had no gas. The vehicle also had issues starting the car. Not even 24 hours with the vehicle and it wouldn’t start at all. The hosts just told me to jump start it and then to call the tow truck. They left me stranded with no resolution. They wouldn’t even respond to messages at one point. These hosts are very inconsiderate and very irresponsible. They’re so irresponsible that a representative of Turo reached out to them and they took a very very long time to respond and when they finally did all they said was to wait for them to process the vehicle. It took them an entire day to process it and now they’re only returning a part of the trip cost as if I stayed with the car more than I actually did. Because as a reminder the car would not turn on and I was unable to use it. As I mentioned before these people are very inconsiderate and irresponsible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HOSTS TO ANYONE.
