Car was dirty and the service light was on at pick up. Wheels shake when braking. Def needs to be better maintained. Great vehicle otherwise.

Only challenge we faced was not being able to pick up and drop off at the airport. The car itself was great and drove wonderful with lots of space

Galyna car was awesome! This is the second vehicle my family has rented with her and she exceeds expectations every time! She is kind and responsive and the cars have driven great and are always clean and spacious, as myself and children are 5-6ft tall that’s saying a lot with storage room!
