The pick up is easy but I had to swap cars because the first one couldn't be locked and the second one i received was with a part that fell without leaving the renting lot yet.

The car was a little old and beat up. Was afraid to go faster on the highway and it was shaking. The location was out of the way for me and the lot is overwhelming for a woman in my opinion. The host was not a responsive as I would like. Overall for the value it was ok. Thank you.

Host was nice and responsive. The car itself was pretty beat up. Made me a bit nervous the whole trip but ended up working just fine.

The A/C does not work. I was HOT., Because I was working I wasn’t able to drive over to get a replacement vehicle. So I suffered all day.,
